- International Transit Time: Typically 10 to 18 business days depending on destination customs clearance formalities.
Consignee Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries (RTO)
It is the consignee’s responsibility to provide an exact postal address, authentic contact telephone number, and accurate 6-digit postal PIN code at checkout.
RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) PROTOCOL
Our logistics partners make a minimum of 3 (three) consecutive delivery attempts before initiating Return-to-Origin (RTO). If an order is returned due to incorrect address data, repeated non-availability, or doorstep refusal of COD without cause, KASHITVAM™ reserves the statutory right to deduct original outward logistics charges and non-refundable handling fees prior to any settlement.
